Shipping Policy

Items will be processed within 1-2 Business Days, excluding Holidays and Weekends. Expedited Shipping is not available at this time. Items are shipped in re-usable bags and in eco-friendly materials to cut down on waste
Free Ground Shipping on orders in the U.S. over $150
Orders under $150 will be charged $10 Flat Rate for Ground Shipping
Items sent to an incorrect address is not the responsibility of Liv Tall
International orders will be charged a flat fee of $45.95, there is no free shipping on International orders

A full refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued in the original form of payment, within 14 days of receiving the order. Garment must be unworn and with the tags on. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted. No refunds of worn or damaged items will be issued. Items with makeup or deodorant stains, smells of perfume, pet hair, etc. will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, however, size exchanges for the same exact same garment will be covered by Liv Tall
Packaging is reusable and will include a pre-paid shipping label. $8 will be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid label is used.
If you need to return and item, simply email hello@livtall.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Please give your order number and reason for the return. You must write the Return Authorization Number on the original invoice and return with the garment.
